Does this 960 Sound Reasonable? 900 1996

I'm looking at a 1996 965, and was curious as to any thoughts on the car. Has just short of 114,000. Interior is spotless, with the exception of the dreaded door panel separation at the top. Exterior very clean. No hint of any accidents, full file of work done, including replacing trans neutral safety switch, auto climate control, and then mostly routine. Cost is probably $6,750. Oh, and the radio/CD, when turned on, only shows "OFF" Is this due to an interrupt in power? Thanks in advance for any thoughts on the subject.
