63, PV544 - The window washer bottle and pump were replaced by an Large "Auugh" horn, now I am trying to re-install a used washer bottle and pump. My question has to do with the wiring.

The horn has the hot wire going to what looks like a relay that is wired directly to the positive side of the battery. This doesn't look like something that should be repeated for hooking up the washer pump. Don't know how the horn ever worked.

There is a connection on the fuse box that has nothing connected. It is on the right side, second from the top. Is this where the washer pump gets connected?
The hot wire on the used pump looks long enough to reach that far.
