How To Clean Fuel Injectors 200

I looked at the FAQ section and couldn't find an answer. I'd like to physically remove my fuel injectors (1980 and 1985 DLs) and clean them (ie not pour fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank). I'm having trouble removing the injectors from the rubber hoses they're attached to. Once I've removed them, how do I clean them (ie what chemicals)? Thanks in advance.
