DTC 341 after rebuilt transmission.. HELP S90-V90

Was wondering if anybody has experienced what I went thru. Had to rebuilt transmission due to unknowingly extensive driving with leaked coolant into transmission. After repair and computer reset, all seemed OK. 120 miles later, engine light and up arrow start appearing. Up arrow would come and go. Gear shifting just a bit sluggish with occasional clicking sound. Pulled DTC 341 code. Dealer and independent repair don't see anything obvious and recommended replacing transmission. What a headache. Hoping for some comments and advice. Thanks in advance.
