I just had a set of Virgos beadblasted and powdercoated at the local prison! I paid an ultra small fraction of the price any commercial shop would have charged, and the result was great. In fact, I would have paid about the same for the spray cans. "We need to keep the prisoners busy" was what they told me. Perhaps they do this kind of work at US prisons too?
