Volvo 960, SC-816 radio light problem 900 1997

i purchased a used SC-816 radio from a salvage yard, when i recieved it, the main display illuminated as well as two other lights, one was the red light indicating power and the other just for illuminating some channel #s. I attempted to fix the other lights, and had no luck finding replacement bulbs at radio shack like others have posted. when i put my radio back into my car, the only light that would illuminate was the red one. I have read past messages about changing bulbs, but i have had no luck with removing the circuit board. I was wondering if someone could explain in good detail how to remove the white circuit board and possibly tell me what my problem is with the radio. thankyou
