shock absorber 900 1993

Recently upon recommendation, I have changed both front and back absorbers with Bilstein gas shock as well as lower arms bushings and ball joint. Results: The car holds straight which I am very happy as it tends to move to the right on a straight road in the past. What I did not like now is the car is bouncy on uneven road to an extent like the undercarriage is rocking with noises. I think the firm and hard bounce is the feature of the gas shock so the front bounce is acceptable. But the back, something seems loose though it is difficult the feel but certainly some bushings or ??? don't seem right. I have a clunk for the first 15km of drive from the back axle I believe on full load but absolutely no noise or clunk if with front passengers only. ??? Any Suggestions.
