Air pump rubber mounts broken 900

GREETINGS FELLOW BB'rs
WHEN I PURCHASED MY '96 960 1.5 YRS AGO I NOTICED THE AIR PUMP HAD FALLEN FROM IT'S RUBBER SHOCK MOUNTS OF WHICH ALL WERE BROKEN. NOT HAVING A READY SUPPLY OF REPLACEMENTS HANDY I OPTED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I TOOK SOME 5/16th " FUEL LINE AND CUT SOME 1/2 " LONG PIECES TO REPLACE THE RUBBER SHOCKS MOUNTS. I SECURED EACH ONE WITH 2-3 BLACK QUICK TIES AND SNUGGED THEM TIGHT AND CLIPPED THE EXCESS ENDS CLOSE. I ALWAYS CHECK EACH TIME UNDER I LOOK UNDER THE HOOD TO SEE IF ANY OF THE TIES HAVE BROKEN DUE TO HEAT/VIBRATION/ETC. AFTER 25K MILES I HAVE NOT HAD TO REPLACE ANY QUICK TIES YET. JUST WANTED TO SHARE THIS QUICK AND CHEAP FIX WITH EVERYONE. YOU CAN USE IT ALMOST ANYWHERE. THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED REPLIES TO THE MANY QUESTIONS ON THIS BOARD...
