CENTER BEARING GONE, HOW DO I REPLACE?

It's impossible to replace yourself. I took my driveshafts out and to a driveline shop and had them replace the bearing as well as the u-joints. The bearing had to be put on with a press. They cleaned, balanced and painted it for me. The whole thing was under $150 parts included. If the bolts are not rusted solid, the drive shafts come out pretty easily. The 4 center carrier cross member bolts may need a little muscle to get loose. If you get a new center bearing, get the whole kit, with the rubber bushing, the spring and cup. IPD sells the kit it as well as EEC auto in LA. Make sure the car is secured with some blocks, or up on jack stands. Once the shafts are out - no more parking brake.
