Front wiper and washer? 700 1986

Hello guy's! I have a question here: Is it possible I don't get enough pressure so the water won't spit out of the front washer nozzle? The one at the back (wagon) work just fine and the one in front look ok to, if I unplug the hose from the nozzle... And my other question is just a confirmation from the FAQ. If my front wiper only works on the faster speed this mean my motor is faulty? I check for the voltage at the plug and is fine. The ground should be ok since they are working at one speed. Thank's in advance, Marc!!!
