I believe he is the owner of the immaculate and very stock looking silver 122 that was around some of the east coast shows. I have a pair of photos of it... It's the same conversion as the dark teal '143' that was on ebay. Fits nice.

As far as the IPd ad, that's not a 'small block' per se, as without modifiers (grammatically, not hot rodder) that refers to the Chevy 262-400 engine family. Those Buick Rover engines are kind of cool. That's kind of small- only 450cc more than a 164, so a reasonable change up. They can (eg headers) weigh less than a stock b20.
