car stalls on highway....FI relay? 200

I just purchased my 90 240 dl last week,super clean inside out ,all accessories work but it has a few annoying problems: on the higway the engine cut soff intermitently,simultanously all lights are on, i had to restart it.
Next morning my car starts but shuts off after a few seconds...could it be the fuel injection relay...if so where is it located?

I also have that noisy rear axle problem,thanks for those who replied... i cant seem to find a used one in the area where i live,i will try to have it dismounted and regreased then see if it works.

I'm not very good in mechanics,but i can troubleshoot,fix minor things(relays,sensors,etc).
i tought i'd post here before my wallet gets skinnier. So ...if you can help a newbie in any way... please reply!
