Stalling and RPM jumping aroud 900

I have '95 960. I Have this problem of stalling car at the stop light. I also have problem of RPM jumping around from 0 to 1000 and finally stalling. It happenes afetr car has warpmed up a bit or you have been driving around for a while (30 minutes or so). I had "CHECK ENGINE" light came on at the time, I had it checked out it showed Air Mass Flow meter. I replaced it and the problem is still there. I was also told that it could be OXYGEN SENSOR ot INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET. Did any of you experienced any of these problems. I need help. This is driving me nuts....
