Bleeding Brakes on '87 240 200

The way I do it, and it has always worked, is to attach plastic see-through hose to all of the bleeder nipples on the caliper and run them into a large jar that is half filled with brake fluid. Open all of the bleeders on that caliper and have someone pump the brake pedal slow but steady until no air bubbles can be seen. Be sure to keep adding fluid to the resevoir so it does not go dry. after all of the air is out, have the pumper hold the pedal down and then close all of the bleeders. Start at the caliper farthest from the master cylinder and work up to the closest to the master cylinder. Be sure to keep the plastic lines sumerged in the brake fluid so air will not re-enter the system.

This procedure is really quick and easy.
