1991 740 Cruise Control 700

Does anyone know where I can get a correct wiring diagram? A troubleshooting method would also be nice. I think the one in the FAQ is for earlier models, 1990 and before.

I have replaced the light failure relay, which was bad, and removed the bad trailer connector wiring put in by a previous owner, and replaced the vacuum pump, but still can't get the cruise control to work. The previous owner even replaced the speedometer trying to get the cruise to work, which makes me wonder if everything is hooked up correctly. There are no vacuum leaks and the switches under the brake pedal are working correctly. I would like to check out the switch wiring on the column but don't have a correct wiring diagram.

Thanks for any help.
