Wrong Temp Sensor... 200 1984

" replaced coolant temp sensure located above knock sensor.... No change."

Sory, but that sensor is for the temp gauge - not the Fuel Injection ECU. That one is way back, tucked up under the #3 intake runner. If you can see it, you can't touch it, and vice-versa. ut if it or ots connections are bad, it will sure make for over-rich fuel mixture.

Lok up ECT (Engine Coolant Temp) testing in the FAQ (pull down menu). With an ohmmeter, you can test it from ECU connecter pin 2 to ground (see resistance values in the FAQ).
