Spongey (bob square) brakes. 900 1995

The 95 940 we just bought has a serious case of sponge bob square brakes, I mean spongey brakes. I know the brakes were just done and the brake fluid resevoir is over filled - but the fluid is nice and clean. Should I rebleed the brakes to remove any air/moisture? Is there something that I might be overlooking?

Oh yeah it has 140K so I don't think the brake lines are flexing.
