Valve lifters B16 444-544

I am renovating a B16, and I have located all needed parts except for valve lifters. I think the original part no is 403584. None of the usual sources (cvi, veteranprodukter, scandcar etc) list them anymore. Any hints?

Another question: the old lifters all have got some pitting on the surface which is in contact with the camshaft. I have read somewhere that this means that they need to be changed. The cam looks all right, but as I have located a brand new camshaft I intend to change both cam and lifters. Can these pitted surfaces on the lifters be repaired or are they not critical at all? At least I would not think that using worn lifters on a new cam would be of any sense. Anyone with experience with cam/lifters?
