Thanks for the links... I kind of figured that would be the only correct brake pad. Just the FAQ and Haynes all say look through the inspection slot to verify pad type and remaining thickness. I would be amazed if anyone could see anything through there with that in the way.

It's good to know I'm not the only one wondering what that damn thing is!
