FPR and V-Belt Numbers? 700

Two problems right in a row:
First, I'm 99.44% sure I need to replace my Fuel Pump Relay on my '87 740 Turbo. Howver, even with the Volvo part number (not hard to find since the relay is a Volvo part from '89 and the number is right there!) However, I've taken the part into three shops now and none of them can find a replacement part. I've even gone through an electrical parts book with illustrations and can't find the proper input arrangement, which is:
- - -
- - -

Well I've learned to deal with the FPR by cooling it off when the car stalls. This worked until I broke both the AC/compressor and alternator v-belts (and dislodged my radiator hose, spewed coolant everywhere, and destroyed most of the underhood liner) on the way home. Found the right AC/comp. belt, can't find the right alternator belt.

Looking for suggestions...thanks in advance.
