I'm assuming you mean the under-bumper foglights, because that's all I know about. Brackets are still available from places like FCPGroton. I found mine new on Ebay from another import wholesaler for a little better price. They weren't too bad, about $10 ea IIRC. You can buy a whole foglight assembly for about $50, includes everything except the lamp. You can also buy just the reflector/lens if that's all you need and those are much cheaper than the entire assembly. The reflector is held in by it's sides to a plastic housing which totally surrounds it and has a bolt out the rear to attach to the bumper bracket.
