FINALLY RUNNING... Bad ECU,,, But... 200 1983

I finally got my 83-240 running! I canged the ICU, the Hall sending unit, the ECU, and re-wried it. But, THE CAR IS IDLING very roughly. Could I have messed up the timing in replacing the Hall sending unit? At least it is running! Please give me some ideas and thanks for all of the help!
