K-Jet injector question 200 1981

Greetings all

I just purchased my 1st Volvo (1981 245), so I have a lot to learn. The car passed smog ok though the HC level was max. The car starts right up cold or hot, and runs very well, except for a rough idle. I can wiggle the injectors, is this normal? They all move side to side. Do they need new seals, and could this be the rough idle problem? I did find a split vacuum hose which I fixed, but the idle is still rough.

Any help is appreciated, I ordered the Bosch K-Jetronic tech manual, but it won't be here until next week.
