Groaning sound and side to side wobble in rear end 200 1983

In first gear starts I am getting a groaning sound from the rear end. Recently the rear end has begun to wobble from side to side at slow speeds as well. About 3000 miles ago I had the upper arm (reaction rods) bushings replaced and I recently put on new rear shocks and IPD sway. When I had the bushings done I had my mechanic check the rear trailing arm bushings which he said were OK ??
Could these symptoms be the rear trailing arm bush going bad? What about the Track bar bushings? Driveshaft? 1983 wagon MT

Thanks in advance!!

-Gary
