Front control arm bushing - which way? 200

Greetings all,

I'm new to the board and have been reading since purchasing my 240 wagon about a month ago. This is my first post as up to now everything has been going smoothly until....

So I am half way through the replacement of suspension bushings on the front end, specifically working on the left side. I've identified the different control arm rear bushings and have begun to install the rear bushing on the left side into its respective bracket. But now I see that there is a yellow dot on the bushing which I assume to mean it goes in a certain way.

Which way does the yellow dot go? Does it reference "up", "down", or ???

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
