Rear Control Arm Bushings? 200

Ok, I have the infamous clunk in the rear of an 87 240 Wagon that I recently purchased, so bad it feels like the tranny is slipping if I go up hill. I am thinking it is the rear control arm bushings that so many have sited.

Realizing that there is no way I can do this myself (tool cost, getting cold), my mechanic told me 3 hrs/ If I buy the parts I could save a few bucks.

How many do I need?

Anything else anyone can think of that it could be?

Thanks for your help. As always, you guys are awesome.
