YES you read right, Free Volvo in exchange for towing help
Here's the deal. I have 2 Volvos located just outside of Gettysburg PA
I need one (the 88 Wagon) towed 235 miles (approx.) to Lynchburg Virginia. It needs a flat bed or I can rent a u-haul tow flat to pull behind your vehical.
missing transmission support bolts so 2 wheel tow is out of the question.
In exchange, you get a 1983 Volvo 240 4dr sedan, (at same location in Gettysburg) vin#yv1ax8845d1894786, 2.3 L4 FI Soho the sedan is mostly intact, it was running up till a few months back when i broke a spark plug that I have been unabe to remove the thread section from the block. Car starts, sputters, will move a few feet now but without pressure just kinda sits there. It's an automatic, some rust, pictures available at request, or look in Gallery under "Darrell942 - Red 83 240 Volvo shots"
I have attempted to contract towing but cost out the wa-zooo. Rentals with mileage are outragous, and frankly I just need the task completed.

If at all interested, please let me know. Heck, the 88 is primarily a parts car for me, blow engine, and scrapped a little, (but otherwise in GREAT shape. But if anyone would like to talk about just purchasing both, we can talk.
