Replace shocks, what else to consider? 200 1992

I will be replacing the shocks on our 1992 240 (135K miles). What other suspension items should I consider? Would like to install sway bars from IPD and the front and backend bushing kits from FCP Groton. Any suggestions are appreciated as well as estimated costs.
