Still no spark...still no start 200 1983

I have changed the hall effect sensor, swaped in an ECU, changed the coil and thoroughly checked all wiring, still no spark. I jumped the fuel relay to ground so they would run and still nothing. I almost sure the ignition control unit is bad. I have checked the connector and it's sleeves, all of which seem to be making connection. My ignition control unit's part No. sticker is missing, does anyone know the number. It is a 1983 B23F with the chrysler style distributor. I would love some more advise on things to check even though this almost has to be the problem.
