Door trim and window 'tape' question... 200

The black "tape" trim stuff around my window is cracking and peeling off. And the trim on the lower part of the door ( '90 240) is starting to pop off on the drivers side. Is there ways to repair this without it looking funky? Its not something that bother me to much but just something i'll get around to fixing one of these last sunny days of fall.
