Fog light wattage? S90-V90 1997

I am puzzled??? I am replacing a burned out front fog light on my 97 V90. The old bulb was clearly marked 100W. The owners manual states in one place (page 126) that it is 27W GE881 bulb and another place (page 82) that it should be a 55W H3 bulb. Judging by many other errors and inconsistancies that I have observed in the manual I don't trust it too much any more.

Anyone know the correct wattage?
