P0410 - Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction 900

Hello every body....I have a 1996 960 Volvo Sedan that I bought just 3 months ago. It has 93000 miles on it. I also just had the engine oil changed at the Jiffy Lubes. Earlier I have posted a message that my car is popping up the check engine sign on. I think it shows P0410 error code which is "Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction." Can anyone please let me know about this problem and how much it costs to fix this. Thank you in advance.
