Serious starting issues - UPDATE 200 1983

Stayed home to try and fix the car - I really need at least one!
Issue is : car will not start, will not turn over. Solenoid and starter engage but cannot turn motor over. Fuel pump does not come on when key is turned. Jumping has no effect. A push start works like a charm, and car runs fine.

Cleaned battery ground and ground strap connections - no change.
Battery cables measure almost zero resistance.
Pulled system and fuel pump relays - no change.
Pulled each fuse out in cabin - no change.
Removed LH 25A fuse circuit from the equation - no change.
Removed positive lead from starter to alternator to rule that out - no change.

Yesterday I replaced the starter & solenoid, as well as the battery, also with no effect. I'm really at my wit's end here.
