740 no start 700 1990

High mileage 1990, 740 regina non-turbo. Operating ok until I went through heavy rains and large puddle. Car started to miss and died, restarted but died again. Fault codes reading 321, and 122. Engines turns, fuel relay ok with pump on and pressure at rail. Spark at coil and plugs. Radio suppression relay switched over to fan relay with no change. Could this be a regina MAP or thermo sensor problem causing this? (122) How about the rpm sensor? Please give me some solutions it is driving me nuts. Thanks
