Limited Slip Diff. Question 900 1992

Dear Members
As the rigid axle in my 940/92 starts getting noisy from wear and tare, so I made enquiries in a friend’s place, who has a lot of old Volvos for scrap. He has a 740 with the 2.3 T engine with 180 hp and recon’s, that the axle of this one should have a limited slip differential.
Here my question:
What is the difference in the numbers/letters on the machinesticker of the axle?
Are there other things different by which I can recognize from the outside whether or not this is a limited slip diff. One?
