Intermittent Wiper Relay 200

The intermittent feature on my wipers hasn't worked since I got the car, and I thought i'd swap out the relay to see if it is the source of the problem. I was curious where the relay is located? Does it have any defining features (color, # of pins, model #, etc.) that would let me know if I have pulled the right one?
