Identifing an early 240 tach (4or6zyl?) 200 1979

Hi all. I do have another tach question. I have a tach I bought from ebay, that I am not sure if its a 4 or a 6zyl. I first recieved a 6zyl, contacted the seller who then sent me a tach with no marking. What might this be? There is no 4 or 6zyl on it at all. The redline is at 6000rpm on the unidentified tach, and the 6zyl redline was either at 5500rpm or it was ORANGE at 5500rpm. There is VDO on the back also. Any of this make sense to anyone? I couldn't access the archives so I posted, Thanks in advance Brickers!
