Best tire size for my 240 wagon? 200 1992

I need new tires and not sure what kind/size to get. I think I have the standard 14" rims?

I have a 1992 240 wagon and live in Boston area -- Do I really need a set of wheels for the winter?

Thank you all for my previous help on my fuel pump issue....it was simply the fuses needed to be cleaned.
