Power window relay location 200

If memory serves, there are two relays for the power windows. One for up and one for down. If the windows do not operate in either direction, I would continue to fiddle with the fuse block. My '84 GL wagon sometimes messes with my mind in the same way as yours. The windows do not work in either direction and the A/C is also non-functional. If I jiggle the second fuse below the middle of the fuse block (there's a bit of a gap in the middle of the row of fuses), which theoretically has nothing to do with either the windows or the A/C, then both start working again. Hmmm.
