Random stalling 200 1986

My kid's 86 244 is stalling out on him in a random fashion. It seems to happen when he has to stop at a traffic signal. I can't get the car to misbehave for me. I just replaced the intake manifold gasket and fuel injector O-rings to get rid of vacuum leaks. Spraying carb cleaner around the intake no longer gets any increase in RPM, so I don't think there is an air leak any more. A friend suggested that it could be the EGR valve, but we can't seem to find one.

Does the 86 240 have an EGR valve? Any other ideas where to look? If I can't figure this out I may have to actually take the car to a mechanic!! As it is now, my 17 year old is tooling around in the 960 and I have the 240. This has to end.
