Speaker Upgrades 200 1991

In addition to replacing an aftermarket stereo and the stock 4" speakers in my 91 240 tomorrow, I would like to install two 6"x9" speakers in the rear deck. Assuming car is not prewired for these speakers (is it?), does anyone have any suggestions for the best way/place to run the speaker wires back to the stereo? I know I saw something about speakers on this board before, but the search function does not currently seam to be working. Any suggestions regarding the general installation of speakers would also be most welcomed.

FYI – I will attempt to install the following sound system:

Audiovox Prestige PCD-5 160 Watt AM/FM 5 Disc In-Dash Stereo
Audiovox Prestige PS-2401 4” 2-Way Speakers (4)
Audiovox Prestige PS-2696 6”x9” 2-Way Speakers (2)
