Squeaky pully or what? 900 1996

My 960 has squeaky noise at front in the last few days. Both timing belt and accessory belt are 15k miles new. I can not see anything wrong by their appearance. I applied some belt dressor this morning, but of no help. The noise will go away after driving for 10-15 minutes. It could be the idler pully, tensioner pully, alternator or compressor bearing. Has anyone replaced any of these pully/bearing at 85k miles? Thanks for your comment.
