I don't have any number for you (sorry), but in general there's lots of room. The tight points are the upper spring perches in the rear. You also need wheels that will clear the front brake rotors, so make sure they have enough diameter in that area.

Ideally, you want to keep the centerline of the new wheels right where the centerline of the old skinny wheels is.
