1967 P1800 s 1800

I am looking for some input on a 1967 P1800 I just looked at ...... it was an odd color ..... a very , very pale olive which I have not seen or knew existed ..... anyone familiar with it?
It is claimed to be an original with 25k on the motor and has been sitting since 1977 in a midwest garage, the interior seats and dash pad are quite cracked and brittle.
The undercarriage seems rough with a what seems to be a badly rusted main support under the drivers floorboard firewall area ( is this a common trouble spot and costly to repair.
Motor has excessive signs of oil leak for a car with 25k , carbs look to be in decent shape , body seems straight but with a little too much bondo for a car with so few miles. Glass , chrome and dashboard all seem to be intact and in good shape.
The owner is asking 3000$ for the car. Any suggestions or comments on price and restorablility would be appreciated. thanks , Al
