1989 Volvo 740 GL Front Oil Engine Leak 700 1987

Hi, the beast is leaking oil on the upper front of engine (230) behind the plastic timing chain cover. Seems to leak when under load. I noticed one of the plastic mounts for the cover cracked off but I don't think its leaking there. Its in that area and it just started. Any ides? Thanks....
