after searching through the archives, the results were mixed, so here's my question:

volvo may give 15 years before service on the air bag is necessary. is the service necessary? how much by an independent mechanic (a good one) for that service?



also, what is the minimum speed for deployment and once the airbag is deployed, how much does it cost to put it all back together?
