Coolant Temp Sensor 200 1981

If by ground you do mean the outer brass casing of the sensor itself, I get 10 ohms at one connector and 32.5 ohm at the other, at room temp ~68F. Now when I go between the two connectors I get 32.5 ohm as well. According to my shop manual (Chiltons) for 81 B21F at this temp should be 10K ohm.
