Bilstein Rattle in 93 240 Wagon 200

I've read plenty in the archives about people having problems with aftermarket shocks rattling, yet I don't think I ever saw an absolute answer. I recently had Bilstien Tourings installed and the ride is a nice compromise between the Bilstien Sports I've got on all my other cars and the OEM ride. Unfortunately the rears make a clunking rattle over light bumps. Has anyone else had this problem-Most of the bushings in the rear are new and the car has under 70K miles. My normally dependable mechanic thinks it might be a problem with the shocks but i disagree.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice,
