The shaking will probably be corrected w/ new (use only thehydraulic, like OEM were) motor mounts.

Make sure the micro switch on the throttle body clicks when you go just off idle. You can hear this with the engine off and by moving the pulley on the throttle body. This can be adjusted w/ the allen screws in the side. This switch evens out the idle by signalling the computer.
