it is enough to pull out “wood” panel under selector.
the best is to remove gear selector (just pull up) and WSE switch (also pull this out) and than you can pull out whole panel. but here be careful, here is quite short wire band. you can unplug it or you can try to access this bulb without disconnection.

temp display light I have changed without dissasembly of dashboard, but you need to be acrobat.. ;) look for diagram with dashboard screws..
